Quality policy of the PCB "UkrSRINDT"

PCB – Personnel Certification Body in the field of non-destructive testing (NDT) is a subdivision of PrJSC 'UkrSRINDT'. The PCB as an independent entity and in accordance with the requirements of current rules, codes and standards must provide the opportunity to evaluate and confirm the competence of personnel in the field of NDT in Ukrainian and International markets.



The PCB acts as personnel certification body for non-destructive testing of technical objects of various industries.

Qualified personnel is a pledge of quality.

The main task of our activities: the PCB considers itself a service provider to meet the needs of the state, economy and industry. The activity of PCB 'UkrSRINDT' should contribute to ensure an independent and impartial assessment of the personnel competence, to build trust and recognition of our customers and meet their needs in the approval of personnel qualification.

Achievement of specified objective is provided by performing the following tasks:

* Delivery of services to all persons seeking to be certified is carried out regardless their departmental affiliation, legal position, patterns of ownership and geographical location of applicants if they accept regulations and procedures of Personnel Certification System of PCB 'UkrSRINDT';
* Service extension on approval of specialist` competence in the field of non-destructive testing and reducing the time required to carry out the certification procedures;
* Carrying out of objective price policy in relation to the customers. The cost of certification is the same for all comers and defined for local and external markets by actual costs of PCB, as specified in ‘Certification agreement’ between PCB ‘UkrSRINDT’ and Applicant (physical or legal entity);
* Availability of qualified specialists` staff and providing support of their professional level. Constant improvement of work performance is achieved by a rational distribution of responsibility and authority among the PCB personnel.
* Development and introduction of quality control system according to ISO 9001 и DSTU ISO / IEC 17024 requirements, documented in the quality manual.

Contentious improvement of quality control system is achieved by:

* Self-assessment (questionnaire survey;
* Results of internal and external audits;
* Analysis of the effectiveness of measures to ensure the quality of management in the annual revue (determined by factors such as: customer satisfaction level; review of received claims; representation of internal processes; time representation of passing processes);
* Improvement of personnel competence assessment procedure on the basis of qualification exams.
* Development of partnership relations with training and certification centers recognized by PCB.
* Each PCB employee should take into account and to comply with these provisions and purposes be implemented in the current work and rate their achievements.

PCB management takes the responsibility to create favorable conditions and provide (within the scope of their powers) with the required resources for this policy implementation and improvement of quality control system.
